in Singapore seeks a Chief Operating Officer to translate the CEO’s vision into scalable operations across geographies, balancing technology, carbon markets, and biodiversity initiatives. You will own day-to-day execution of strategy, build and lead global technology and operations teams, and partner with finance and governance to drive efficiency, risk management, and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• 15–20 years of experience with at least 8 in a leadership role.
• Proven track record scaling operations in energy, SaaS, or carbon markets.
• Exposure to climate tech, carbon markets, or sustainability-focused businesses.
• Hands-on experience building tech teams developing platforms using internal engineering resources.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA/Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into detailed operational plans with clear milestones and KPIs.
• Lead technology roadmap and platform development across geographies.
• Build multi-functional teams and scalable processes for rapid growth.
• Oversee FP&A, procurement, and vendor negotiations.
• Ensure sustainability targets and ESG commitments are embedded in operations.
• Deliver regular reporting to Board and investors.
