Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics/Instrumentation Engineering or related field.
• 3-5 years' hands-on experience in controls engineering, BMS/FMCS installation, or industrial automation project execution.
• Strong working knowledge of PLC programming and SCADA systems (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or similar).
• Experience with MAU/HVAC control systems, cleanroom, or critical facility environments strongly preferred.
• Able to work independently on-site and manage technical issues in real time.
• Comfortable with site-based work and travel between project locations if required.
• Good communication skills for direct client-facing technical coordination.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of technical delivery for control systems installation projects from design through commissioning.
• Configure, program, and troubleshoot PLC/SCADA-based control systems (e.g. MAU controls, BMS/FMCS integration).
• Conduct site surveys, coordinate installation works, and supervise subcontractors/vendors on-site.
• Perform system testing, commissioning, and validation against client specifications.
• Troubleshoot technical issues on-site and provide fixes/workarounds to keep the project on schedule.
• Liaise directly with client technical teams on-site to resolve issues and confirm acceptance.
• Prepare technical documentation - as-built drawings, commissioning reports, test records.
• Ensure work complies with site safety standards, especially in cleanroom/critical facility environments.
• Report progress and technical risks to the Project Manager.
