Job summary

JTE Recruit Pte Ltd is seeking a senior leader to deliver Building Management Systems (BMS), SCADA and automation projects in Singapore, overseeing from design through testing and commissioning.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics/Automation/Controls Engineering, 8+ years in M&E/Construction/Automation with 3 years in management, and hands-on PLC/SCADA expertise. Strong vendor and client coordination will be essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics / Automation / Controls Engineering or equivalent.
• 8+ years in M&E / Construction / Automation / Instrumentation, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong hands-on experience with PLC/SCADA systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Building Management Systems, SCADA and automation projects from design through testing and commissioning.
• Review and approve control system designs, specs, network architectures and docs for project compliance.
• Manage engineers, subcontractors and vendors to meet timelines, quality, and budget.
• Act as technical liaison with clients, consultants and internal stakeholders during system integration and handover.

• UP $13,000 Basic + Variable Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of Building Management Systems (BMS), SCADA and automation projects from design through testing and commissioning

• Review and approve control system designs, technical specifications, network architectures and engineering documentation to ensure compliance with project requirements

• Manage engineers, subcontractors and vendors to achieve project timelines, quality standards and budget objectives

• Act as the key technical liaison with clients, consultants and internal stakeholders while overseeing system integration, testing and final handover

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Automation / Controls Engineering or equivalent

• Min. 8 years of experience in M&E / Construction / Automation / Instrumentation, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity

• Strong hands-on experience with PLC/SCADA systems required

• Possess strong knowledge in Siemens / Honeywell / Schneider Electric / Johnson Controls
