Job summary

Cornerstone Global Partners is seeking an experienced Control-M Administrator to manage the Control-M scheduling platform, including Enterprise Manager, Servers, and Agents. The role covers configuration, upgrades, monitoring, and incident resolution to ensure platform stability and availability.

The candidate will work with application, infrastructure, security, and network teams, drive automation initiatives with Ansible/Terraform, and support integrations with enterprise systems and ITSM

Qualifications

• Control-M Administration, including Enterprise Manager, Server, and Agents.
• Control-M upgrades, patching, and migration activities.
• Control-M HA/DR concepts.
• Control-M Automation API.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident management experience.
• Ansible and/or Terraform.
• Python, PowerShell, and Shell Scripting.
• Linux/Unix Administration.
• Integration support and API troubleshooting.
• 24x7 production support experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Control-M Enterprise Manager, Servers, and Agents.
• Configure and maintain platform configurations, security, and systems administration.
• Monitor server health, connectivity, and platform availability.
• Manage calendars, resources, alert thresholds, and escalation policies.
• Perform upgrades, patches, and lifecycle management.
• collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure stability.
• Support integration with enterprise systems and monitoring tools.
• Develop automation workflows and IaC solutions.
• Provide L2/L3 incident and change management support.
• Participate in 24x7 support rotations.
