Job summary

sggovterp is seeking a Deputy/Assistant Manager, Contracts to manage governance for IT and other system contracts, transport systems, and electrical & mechanical services. You will ensure compliance with LTA requirements and administer tender and contract processes.

The role involves preparing cost estimates, drafting tender documents, evaluating bids, and providing contractual guidance to project teams. Singapore-based position with multi-disciplinary exposure.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Computer / Electrical / Electronics / Information Technology / Mechanical / Systems Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in contract administration or project management of multi-disciplinary projects preferred.
• Familiarity with conditions of contract for IT, engineering or construction projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates for new projects / initiatives / feasibility studies.
• Draft tender documents and evaluate tenders.
• Administer contracts (payments, variations/claims) and advise project teams on contract issues.
