Job summary

Land Transport Authority (LTA) Singapore invites applications for a Deputy / Assistant Manager, Contracts (IT & Other Systems / Transport Systems / Electrical & Mechanical Services).

You will oversee contract governance across diverse engineering contracts and ensure adherence to LTA procedures. Responsibilities include preparing cost estimates, drafting tender documents, evaluating tenders, and administering contracts. Strong written and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Computer / Electrical / Electronics / Information Technology / Mechanical / Systems Engineering
• At least 2 years of working experience in contract administration or project management of multi-disciplinary engineering projects is preferred
• Good knowledge of conditions of contract for IT, engineering or construction projects is preferred
• Organized and meticulous with the ability to work independently
• Strong written, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• A team player and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Those without working experience are also welcome to apply

Responsibilities

• Work on IT & Other Systems; Transport Systems; and/or Electrical & Mechanical Services contracts.
• Ensure contract governance and compliance with LTA requirements and procedures.
• Prepare cost estimates for new projects / feasibility studies; draft tender documents.
• Evaluate tenders; administer contracts (payments, variations, claims) and provide contractual advice.
