Job summary

MHA - Internal Security Department (ISD) in Singapore invites applications for a Contract Administrator role focused on tendering, contract administration and related compliance.

Must have a recognised degree in Building/Quantity Surveying or equivalent, at least 3 years’ experience, and strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and Word.

You will prepare budgets, cash flow projections, letters of intent/awards, variation assessments, and assist in final accounts and asset tracking.

Qualifications

• Recognised Degree in Building/Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of related contracting experience, with familiarity in contract administration.
• Demonstrated letter-writing and external communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, manage and award tenders, draft tender documents, and handle interviews and clarifications.
• Prepare budget breakdown and cash flow projections for management.
• Prepare Letters of Intent/ Awards to consultants/contractors and manage variation works.
• Review and interpret contract documents and manage disputes.
• Track assets and equipment, and perform other admin duties as assigned.
