Job summary

The Resolute Hunter Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Junior or Senior Contracts Administrator/Specialist with experience drafting and reviewing contracts in base metals, concentrates, coal, iron ore or oil.

You will work closely with Traders, Operators and Finance to ensure accurate, compliant agreements. This role requires detail-oriented professionals with strong writing skills and the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously in a fast-paced commodities environment in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Experience drafting or reviewing contracts in base metals, concentrates, coal, iron ore or oil.
• Strong writing, detail-oriented and well organized.
• Excellent communication with internal teams like Traders and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Draft physical contracts based on deals.
• Review contracts from counterparties and suggest amendments.
• Ensure corrections are reflected in the final contracts.
• Collaborate with Traders, Operators and Finance.
• Participate in project-related contract work as needed.
