Job summary

The Resolute Hunter Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced Contract Analyst to draft and review physical contracts based on deals, and to coordinate amendments with traders, operators and finance teams.

Qualified candidates hold a Bachelor's/Professional degree and have at least 3 years' experience drafting or reviewing contracts in commodities, displaying strong writing, attention to detail, and proactive organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree/Professional degree in Business Studies/Finance/Banking/Economics/Commerce or any other relevant education.
• Minimum 3 years of drafting or reviewing Contracts experience in Commodities industry.
• Excellent writing skills, attentive to details, proactive and organized.

Responsibilities

• Draft physical contracts based on deals.
• Review contracts from counterparties.
• Advise any necessary amendments and ensure corrections are indicated in the contracts.
• Work closely with Traders, Operators, Finance and other relevant departments.
• Any other ad-hoc or involvement in Projects.
