Job summary

DENZAI HUATIONG LOGISTICS PTE. LTD. is seeking a legal contracts professional to draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements.

You will advise business units on contractual rights, risks, and obligations, and coordinate with external lawyers for complex matters. In this role you will ensure compliance with laws and internal policies, manage the contract lifecycle, and implement templates and processes to improve efficiency across the organisation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or related preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in contract management or corporate legal roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore contract law and regional practices.
  • Experience with contract management systems and governance tools.
  • Excellent negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills.
  • High attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Knowledge of Crane, Supply Chain, and Logistics industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a range of commercial contracts.
  • Ensure contracts comply with laws, internal policies, and governance standards.
  • Advise business units on contractual rights, obligations, and risk exposure.
  • Liaise with external lawyers for complex or high-risk agreements.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to align contract terms with business objectives.
  • Review existing contracts, policies and vendor agreements and implement new ones.
  • Manage contract lifecycle including creation, execution, renewal, and termination.
  • Maintain a central contract repository and track milestones and expiry dates.
  • Develop and implement standard templates, playbooks, and contracting processes.
  • Support tender and bid documentation reviews for legal compliance.
  • Conduct training sessions for business teams on contract policies and best practices.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate contractual and commercial risks.
  • Assist with dispute resolution, contract audits, and compliance reporting.

Job Description
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a range of commercial contracts (e.g. vendor, client, procurement, service, confidentiality, NDAs and partnership agreements).
  • Ensure all contracts comply with applicable laws, internal policies, and corporate governance standards.
  • Advise business units on contractual rights, obligations, and risk exposure.
  • Liaise with external lawyers to support internal departments on complex or high-risk agreements..
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders (Procurement, Finance, Human Resource, Operations, Other Compliance) to align contract terms with business objectives.
  • Review existing Contracts, Policies, Vendor Agreements and implement new ones as necessary.
  • Manage contract lifecycle including creation, execution, renewal, and termination of existing contracts.
  • Maintain a central contract repository and track key milestones, deliverables, and expiry dates.
  • Develop and implement standard templates, playbooks, and contracting processes to improve efficiency.
  • Support tender and bid documentation reviews to ensure legal compliance.
  • Conduct training sessions for business teams on contract policies and legal best practices.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate contractual and commercial risks.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or other related legal qualifications preferred.
  • 3 years of experience in contract management, commercial law, or corporate legal roles preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Singapore contract law and Regional commercial practices.
  • Experience with contract management systems and corporate governance tools.
  • Excellent negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills.

  • Knowledge in the Crane, Supply Chain and Logistics industry is an advantage.
