Job summary

A renowned building and construction firm is seeking a Contracts Manager in Singapore to lead commercial and contractual activities on major infrastructure projects. You will support the project team, manage variations, and oversee claims and progress certifications with internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has a degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying or related fields, at least 10 years of experience with a main contractor, and a strong track record in contract administration and

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with a main contractor.
• Strong knowledge of contract administration, claims, variations and contract negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Provide commercial and contractual support to the project team on matters relating to the main contract and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with internal project stakeholders to ensure subcontract obligations, deliverables and key milestones are properly managed.
• Review contractual requirements, terms and conditions to ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies and contractual obligations.
• Manage variations, change control and related commercial negotiations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and submit monthly progress claims, including the necessary supporting documentation, for assessment and certification.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
