Job summary

link2 manpower pte. ltd. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Contracts/Quantity Surveyor to manage main contracts, subcontracts and project commercial documentation.

The role involves reviewing terms, preparing notices and claims, coordinating progress payments, and guiding junior staff. The successful candidate will have 8+ years of relevant experience in contracts or quantity surveying, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and proficiency in Word and Excel.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree or diploma required.
• 8+ years of contracts, commercial or quantity surveying experience.
• Strong construction contract and subcontract administration knowledge.
• Experience with progress claims, variations, EOT claims and final accounts.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
• Good Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
