Recruit Expert Pte. Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Contracts/Quantity Surveyor to manage contracts, procurement, and claims for Singapore projects.

You will ensure compliance with contractual obligations and project requirements, resolve disputes, and implement cost control measures to maximize value. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience handling contracts for HDB, condo, and landed projects, with strong knowledge of construction law and contract management.

Qualificações

• Degree in Construction/Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• At least 5 years’ experience handling contracts for HDB, Condo, and Landed projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction law and contract management.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and risk assessment skills.
