Job summary

HDB Housing & Development Board is seeking a Contracts Manager to procure and manage construction and related projects across new developments, upgrading, and infrastructure. You will procure consultants and contractors and manage contracts, payments, certificates, warranties and variations.

You should have a background in Building/Quantity Surveying or Project & Facilities Management, with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Must have building/quantity surveying or project & facilities management background.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage complex procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Procure consultants and contractors for development, upgrading, infrastructure and related projects.
• Manage contracts, payment claims, certificates, warranties and variations.
• Oversee QS consultants during design, tender, construction and post-construction stages.
• Provide procurement advice and cost estimates for feasibility studies.
