Job summary

STAFFHUB GROUP PTE. LTD. seeks a Lead Quantity Surveyor to direct and grow the Quantity Surveying team, overseeing contract management, cost control, and stakeholder collaboration to achieve project and financial objectives.

Responsibilities include leading the team, managing project P&L, and implementing processes to optimize resource allocation while mitigating risks and ensuring contract compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil, Engineering, or Quantity Surveying is required.
• Proven experience in major LTA project.

• Proficient in quantity take-offs, cost calculations, and relevant construction software
