Housing and Development Board in Singapore is seeking a Contracts Manager to procure and manage construction and related projects. You will oversee the procurement of consultants and contractors, administer contracts, process payments and certificates, monitor expenditures, and prepare cash flow projections for budget control.

You may also monitor and manage QS consultants during design, tender, construction and post-construction stages and provide cost estimates for feasibility studies.

Competenze

• Strong communication and writing skills.
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience.
