BEIJING URBAN CONSTRUCTION GROUP CO., LTD. (SINGAPORE BRANCH) is seeking a seasoned Contract Manager to oversee end-to-end contract administration for major construction projects in Singapore.

The role requires drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers. You will lead claims management, including variations, extensions of time, and dispute resolution, ensuring compliance with FIDIC, NEC, and Singapore contract forms.

Requirements

• Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Law, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10+ years' experience in contract management on large-scale construction projects (SGD 500M+).
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC, NEC, and Singapore construction contracts.
• Proven experience in claims and dispute resolution.
• Professional certifications preferred (MRICS, CIArb, PMP, CIPS, etc.).
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Track record in Singapore projects (e.g., MRT, airport, high-rise, infrastructure).
• Established network with local contractors, consultants, and industry stakeholders.
