Job summary

TAT HIN BUILDERS PTE LTD is seeking a Contracts and QS lead in Singapore to assist the Contracts Manager, oversee main and sub-contract administration, and support the project team on cost and contractual issues. The role involves monitoring subcontract payments and handling variations, final accounts, and claims for additional payments and EOT.

The incumbent will safeguard the company's contractual rights and take charge of tender submissions to secure future projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in contracts management and managing QS teams.
• Proficient in main and sub-contractor administration and cost control.
• Ability to advise project teams on contractual issues and variations.

Responsibilities

• Assist Contracts Manager to lead and manage a team of QS.
• Oversee Main/Sub-contract administration.
• Support and advise the project team on cost and contractual issues for main contract and subcontracts.
• Monitor Sub-contract payment, Variation Order Pursuant, Engineer Direction defense.
• Project and Sub-Contract Final Account.
• Claims for additional payment and EOT.
• Safeguard company contractual rights.
• In charge of tender submission.
