Job summary

EA Recruitment Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Tender Lead for building construction projects at our client’s headquarters in Singapore. You will manage the complete tender process, review drawings and BOQ, and present strategic recommendations to management.

The role requires a diploma or degree in QS/Construction, at least seven years of tendering experience, and the ability to coordinate with engineering, planning, procurement and contracts teams. Competitive salary SGD 7k–9k.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in QS/Construction required.
• At least seven years of tendering experience in building construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead the complete tender process for building construction projects from invitation to submission and clarification.
• Review tender documents, drawings, BOQ and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate tender kick-off meetings and responsibilities across the tender team.
• Develop tender strategies, submission schedules and pricing approaches.
• Monitor tender progress and ensure timely submissions.
• Lead internal tender reviews and present recommendations to management.
