Job summary

RRECRUITER INT PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Contracts/Commercial professional to support projects on a full‑time basis.

You will prepare and administer POs and subcontract agreements in line with contractual and company requirements, and coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and project teams on commercial matters. You will review contract documents, monitor compliance, assist with variations, claims, progress payments, and final accounts, and support cost control,

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Experience in the construction industry; Main Contractor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and administer POs and subcontract agreements in compliance with contractual and company requirements.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and project teams on commercial matters.
• Review contract documents and maintain contractual records and correspondence.
• Monitor subcontractor compliance and resolve contractual issues.
• Assist with variations, claims, progress payments, and final accounts.
• Support cost control, negotiations, and dispute resolution.
• Provide contractual and commercial support to management and project teams.
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of commercial matters.

Education
