Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Learning & Development professional to support planning, coordination and implementation of initiatives that build workforce readiness and capability development for the organization. You will manage end-to-end course administration, track learning metrics via dashboards, liaise with stakeholders and vendors, and oversee L&D budget utilization and reporting.

The role also covers onboarding logistics, corporate orientation and scholarship

Qualifications

• Minimum degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Relevant experience is advantageous.

Summary

The role supports the planning, coordination and implementation of learning and development initiatives to build workforce readiness and capability development for the company.

Responsibilities

• Capability Building & Learning Needs: Support Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) follow-ups, consolidate capability gaps, and coordinate targeted training interventions aligned with company ramp-up plans.
• L&D Operations & Budget Management: Manage end-to-end course administration, track learning metrics via dashboards, liaise with stakeholders and vendors, and monitor L&D budget utilization and reporting.
• Onboarding & Corporate Orientation: Facilitate and run corporate orientation sessions, manage end-to-end onboarding logistics, track staff readiness, and continuously improve the orientation framework.
• Scholarship & Leadership Development: Administer sponsorship applications, bond tracking, and panel secretariats while coordinating leadership pathways and supervisory development series.
• Ad-hoc HR Projects: Provide coverage for key L&D portfolios and support strategic HR projects across the department.
