You will ensure cost-effective, quality service, compliance with statutory requirements, and continuous improvement of facilities operations.

• 2+ years of progressive management experience in a hospital environment services industry.
• Ability to lead, organize and manage people for facility services projects.
• Knowledge of contracts, documents, management systems/methods/tools.

Responsabilidades

• Provide contract/operation/service leadership and implement consistent policies and controls in contract execution.
• Maintain service level agreements and KPIs for services and review regularly.
• Meet contractual manpower needs and ensure induction, skills upgrading and retention.
• Ensure compliance with local government legislation and effective employee management.
• Drive employee and customer engagement processes and improvements.
• Ensure all statutory compliance and act as primary contact for all contract services, perform risk assessments.
• Develop systems/programs to improve quality and efficient utilization of equipment and labour.
