Job summary

A leading HR services firm is looking for a Contract Service Desk Analyst in Singapore. The candidate will be the main point of contact, monitor IT networks, and manage incidents. Must have relevant IT qualifications and communication skills. This contract role features rotating shifts, competitive salary, and various allowances. Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma/Higher NITEC in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• Modules must include network or IT Modules.
• Prior experience in a Network Operations Centre (NOC) environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor enterprise IT networks and server systems.
• Serve as the single point of contact for users and resolver groups.
• Answer hotline calls and respond to e-mails quickly.
• Track incidents and service requests, ensuring closure in a timely manner.
• Maintain documentation and records of issues and problems.

Skills

Strong teamwork and communication skills

Experience in Network Operations Centre (NOC)

CCNA certification

ITIL certification

Education

Degree/Diploma/Higher NITEC in IT or related fields
