Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day application maintenance and support for production systems.
• Respond to user queries, investigate and resolve production issues per SLAs.
• Lead or coordinate root cause analyses and implement preventive fixes.
• Highlight risks and performance trends to guide prioritisation and investments.
• Participate in SIT and UAT prior to go-live to ensure practical capabilities.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end change processes with runbooks and governance.
