Job summary

Synapxe is seeking an Assoc Business Analyst for EMR systems integration across healthcare organizations. The role focuses on ensuring interoperability between EMR patient management and patient accounting systems to meet the needs of providers, operations, and finance.

You will assist in implementing and optimizing EMR systems, gather user requirements, and work with clinicians and analysts to validate features.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or IT equivalent.
• 6–8 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to work with minimal guidance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation and optimisation of EMR systems.
• Gather and analyse user requirements to enhance system functionality and UX.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to understand needs and challenges.
• Coordinate testing and validation of new features in EMR and integrations.
• Work with EMR module analysts for in-depth analysis and testing.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for EMR or EMR integration issues.
• Monitor system performance and suggest improvements.
