Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Food R&D/Product Development professional to support dairy and beverage projects. You will participate in formulation and process optimisation, and help drive product innovations from concept to pilot trials.

The role requires a degree in Food Science/Technology and at least 1 year of relevant experience; dairy exposure is highly valued. You will prepare technical reports and maintain thorough project documentation in a fast-paced lab environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Food Science or Food Technology or related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of Food R&D / Product Development experience.
• Dairy experience is highly preferred.
• Good understanding of food processing and ingredient functionality.
