Job summary

PERSOL Outsourcing is seeking a responsible production coordinator for a 1 year contract (renewable/ convertible) at Boon Lay, Singapore. Working hours are Mon-Fri, 7.30am–5.15pm, with a monthly salary of $3500 plus a completion bonus.

You will plan manpower, materials and equipment, oversee daily production, and collaborate with Quality and Engineering to resolve non-conformities. Degree/Diploma in engineering and CAD skills required.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Mechatronic/Industrial Engineering
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in manufacturing/production industry
• Basic ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Basic proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate manpower, materials and equipment to execute projects
• Oversee day-to-day production activities, ensuring schedules are met and identifying bottlenecks or inefficiencies
• Collaborate with Quality and Engineering teams on root cause analysis and corrective actions for production non-conformities
• Handle product acceptance with customers
• Develop and maintain documentation including risk assessment, production records and forms
• Train operators and production staff on processes, equipment usage and maintenance
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
