Job summary

Seacare Manpower Services Pte Ltd is seeking reliable frontline staff for operations at our Singapore location. You will assist travellers with SGAC submissions, SAL and QR code processing, and guide passengers through automated clearance gates.

Role requires strong communication, teamwork and a positive attitude. The position involves rotating shifts, including weekdays and weekends, and is a 1-year contract with immediate start.

Responsibilities

• Assist members of the public with SGAC submissions, Special Assistance Lanes (SAL), and QR code submissions.
• Guide bus travellers on the use of automated clearance gates.
• Support traffic flow management at train and bus arrival halls.
• Tally the number of passengers against the chips provided to drivers at the cargo exit.
• Assist cargo drivers with SGAC submissions where required.
• Help travellers with QR code processes at vehicle zones.
