Job summary

Seacare Manpower Services Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a frontline assistant to support public travellers and commuters at national entry points and transit hubs. The role involves guiding MoPs through SG Arrival Card submissions, SAL, and QR code checks, and helping passengers navigate automated gates.

You will work on rotating shifts across three schedules, with mornings and afternoons, six days a week for two shifts and three days for weekend staffing.

Responsibilities

• Assist Members of Public (MoPs) with Singapore Arrival Card (SGAC) / SAL / QR Code submission.
• Assist bus travellers on the use of automated gates.
• Traffic management at train checkpoints and bus halls.
