Unison Consulting seeks an experienced Project Manager with AML, Financial Crime and data project expertise to lead end-to-end initiatives. You will coordinate with Business, Data, Technology, Risk and Compliance teams, and manage timelines and dependencies within large banking data environments.

Typical requirements include 10+ years in IT project management within Banking/Financial Services, solid Data Migration/Integration experience, and strong Teradata knowledge.

• 10+ years of IT project management in Banking/Financial Services.
• Experience managing Data Projects, Data Migration, and Data Integration.
• Strong understanding of AML & Financial Crime processes.
• Proficient with Teradata, data warehousing, ETL, and data flows.
• Experience with AML/Transaction Monitoring / KYC projects.

Project Manager - AML / Financial Crime and Data Projects

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong exposure to AML, Financial Crime, Teradata, Banking, and Data Projects.

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in IT Project Management, preferably within Banking/Financial Services.


• Strong experience managing Data Projects / Data Migration / Data Integration initiatives.


• Good understanding of AML & Financial Crime processes and systems.


• Strong knowledge of Teradata, data warehousing, ETL, data flows, and data integration.


• Experience working on AML / Transaction Monitoring / KYC / Financial Crime data projects.


• Manage end-to-end project delivery including scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholders.


• Coordinate with Business, Data, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Vendor teams.


• Experience with large-scale banking data environments is highly preferred.


• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
