Job summary

RecruitPedia Pte Ltd is partnering with an Singapore construction client to hire an Assistant Contract Manager. You will lead the Quantity Surveying team, oversee contract administration, cost control, and tender processes, and coordinate bid submissions across projects.

You will develop and monitor cost plans, review take-offs for accuracy, and identify new client opportunities to drive revenue while supporting senior leaders with proposals and market insights.

Qualifications

• Lead the Quantity Surveying team in contract administration and cost management.
• Develop and monitor project cost plans, budgets and cost control measures.
• Review quantity take-offs for accuracy and timely completion.
• Manage tender process, including tender analysis, evaluation and recommendations.
• Oversee bid proposals by coordinating resources and final submission documents.
• Manage claims, variation orders and final account settlements.
• Support leaders in business plans, client proposals and raising the company’s profile.
• Identify new client opportunities to help achieve revenue targets.
• Gather market insights with relevant account teams.
