Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a proactive recruiter for a 6-month engagement. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Group Channels & Digitalization roles, coordinating with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to deliver timely hiring outcomes.

You will source candidates, screen, coordinate interviews, manage offers, onboarding, and provide market insights to stakeholders while ensuring governance and KPI reporting.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Group Channels & Digitalization roles.

• Oversee Branch Digital Executive recruitment.
• Advise stakeholders on hiring strategies and market insights.
• Ensure governance, licensing and regulatory compliance.
• Deliver recruitment reporting and hiring KPI metrics.
• Assist with other HR recruitment projects and duties.

Job Scope

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Group Channels & Digitalization roles, partnering closely with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners
• Handle sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer management and onboarding
• Manage recruitment for Branch Digital Executive positions
• Advise stakeholders on hiring strategies, market insights and candidate selection
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with governance, licensing and regulatory requirements
• Deliver a professional candidate experience while supporting recruitment reporting and hiring KPIs
• Assist with other HR recruitment projects and duties as assigned
