Job summary

NEXBRIDGE RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced DevOps/SRE to design, automate and maintain secure, scalable infrastructure and deployment pipelines across data centres and cloud environments.

You will implement CI/CD, manage AWS resources and container platforms, and ensure security controls are integrated throughout development and release processes. Responsibilities include provisioning resources, monitoring and observability, on-call support, and disaster recovery

Qualifications

• Diploma required in CS/engineering or related field.
• Strong SDLC, TDD, CI/CD understanding and hands-on experience.
• Experience with multi-data-centre or hybrid cloud environments.
• Proficiency in Bash/PowerShell/Python/Go scripting.
• Git and CI/CD tools (GitLab/GitHub/Bitbucket) experience.
• Hands-on with AWS, Ansible, Terraform and container tech.
• Familiar with Docker, ECS/Fargate and virtualization.
• Knowledge of monitoring (Grafana/CloudWatch/OpenTelemetry).
• Excellent troubleshooting across infra, resources, network and apps.
• Background in disaster recovery planning and backups.

Responsibilities

• Design, automate and maintain secure, scalable infra and deployment pipelines across data centres and clouds.
• Develop automation scripts to support deployment, builds, integration and release processes.
• Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines with security controls and change management.
• Provision and manage VMs, databases, containers and infrastructure resources.
• Implement monitoring and observability to optimise performance and availability.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and support on-call operations when required.
• Develop and maintain backup, DR and business continuity solutions.
• Implement security architecture, threat assessments and vulnerability handling.
• Integrate security controls into development workflows and cloud-native environments.
• Apply security best practices to configurations, access controls and deployment processes.
