Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a data analytics project leader to plan and deliver end-to-end BI, data and AI initiatives that support business decisions in Singapore. You will define scope with stakeholders, manage plans, timelines, risks and budgets, translate requirements to specifications, drive adoption and coordinate with vendors and Data Governance teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead end-to-end delivery of data, analytics, BI and AI initiatives to support business decision-making.
• Define project scope, objectives, requirements, deliverables and success metrics with business stakeholders.

• Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications for data and technology teams.
• Work closely with business users and Data Governance teams to coordinate project delivery.

• Collaborate with analysts to prepare project updates, insights and management presentations.
• Drive user adoption and monitor outcomes following implementation of data and analytics solutions.
• Manage external vendors, including contracts, deliverables, timelines and project performance.
• Identify project risks, issues and dependencies and drive appropriate resolution.
• Support continuous improvement of data, analytics and digital initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Business or related discipline.
• At least 3-4 years of relevant experience managing data analytics, BI or data-related projects.
• Strong project management skills with experience managing timelines, risks, dependencies and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to translate business requirements into data or system requirements.
• Excellent written, verbal communication and stakeholder management skills.
