Job summary

eire systems singapore pte. ltd. is seeking a Business IT Liaison to manage business requirements, analyze data, and lead analytics initiatives in partnership with stakeholders.

You will identify value-driven solutions, prioritize features, and guide business in available options to improve processes and outcomes. Role requires strong English, Japanese, and collaboration across business and IT, with experience in BI/ETL tools and agile environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Business English required; fluent Japanese.
• 5+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in data & analytics.
• Ability to understand and assemble business requirements.
• Experience across multiple levels of business and IT partners.
• Knowledge of BI, ETL tools, AI, and data warehousing concepts.
• Strong problem solving and analytical design skills.
• Experience in Agile environments and with shared services.
• Ability to manage complexity and ambiguity.

Job description

Essential duties andresponsibilities:

• Business IT Liaison, Business requirements management &development.
• Building strong partnerships with business at different levels ofthe organization
• Business requirements analysis.
• Generate business cases for developing and improving solutions.
• Business IT Laison for continuous process improvements.
• Technology leadership.
• Identify or conceptualize solutions that will add value to ourcustomers in data analytics processes.
• Guide business in available solutions.
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of J&J business processesand driven environment
• Maximize return on investment by identifying and prioritizing theproduct features by business value
• Lead business expectations and keep business aligned to businessrequirements for any solution enhancement initiatives
• Work closely with business partners in any process re-engineeringinitiatives
• Project accountability as a Business IT
• Leads the project for budget, quality and schedule
• Partners with PLO to estimate development effort
• Reports back to the business on status of the delivery offeatures, functionality, and applications

Key Work:

Qualifications - External

Required Knowledge, Skillsand Abilities:

• A Bachelors’ Degree or equivalent is required
• Business level English skill, fluent Japanese are required
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required, among 5years, at least a minimum of 3 years relevant data and analytics experience isrequired
• Ability to understand and assemble business requirements.
• Experience with working across multiple levels of business and ITpartners.
• Knowledge of technology trends and to apply this knowledge toexisting business processes.
• Expertise in BI(Tableau, PowerBI),ETL(Informatica/Talend/Databricks) , AI tools and DataWareHouse(SQL, RedShift)functionality.
• Strong personal dedication to continuous business improvement, andeffectively collaborating and leading our business stakeholders
• Capable of working as part of a team and on own initiative.Capable to change priorities quickly and influence others to do so.
• Ability to embrace changes and to deliver IT solutions in a fastchanging business/IT environment.
• Ability to work in an Agile environment and working closely withshared services organization
• Ability to manage complexity and ambiguity
• Strong problem solving, analytical and design skills are required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Good understanding of agile methodology.
• Solid understanding of core technical platforms and productlifecycle maintenance.
