Job summary

SFA Singapore Food Agency invites you to join our team to formulate, develop and review adaptive contingency plans and SOPs for peacetime crises and emergencies. You will plan, design and execute training to maintain high operational readiness and work with WoG ministries to ensure smooth execution.

The role requires strong analytical skills, excellent English, and the ability to manage complex issues independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage complex issues and interrelated factors in uncertain information.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging stakeholders.
• Excellent written and spoken English; ability to present to large audiences.
• Degree or equivalent certification with preferably 2 years of contingency planning/crisis management experience.

Responsibilities

• Formulate, develop and implement scenario-specific contingency plans for peacetime crises and emergencies.
• Plan, design and execute training plans to maintain high operational readiness.
• Coordinate responses across SFA and WoG ministries/agencies during peacetime contingencies.
• Provide impact assessments and manage crisis decision-making platforms chaired by senior leadership.
