Job summary

The Swim Side is seeking a Content & Marketing Intern to capture engaging visual content at swimming classes and pool sessions. You will manage posts, edit photos/videos, and track performance across platforms. Office-based schedule with pool shoots at various locations islandwide.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a degree in Business/Marketing/Communications/Media, possess basic editing skills, and show proactivity and strong organization in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Currently studying Business, Marketing, Communications, Media, or related fields.
• Basic photo and video editing skills to enhance content quality.
• Comfortable working in outdoor pool environments.
• Proactive, organized and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photos and videos during swimming classes and pool sessions.
• Produce short-form content for Instagram, Facebook and other platforms.
• Manage and schedule posts across social channels.
• Track content performance metrics to guide marketing strategies.
• Travel with coaches to pool locations islandwide for timely content.
