Job summary

The Swim Side is seeking a Content & Marketing Intern to capture engaging visual content at swimming classes and pool sessions. You will manage posts, edit photos/videos, and track performance across platforms. Office-based schedule with pool shoots at various locations islandwide.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a degree in Business/Marketing/Communications/Media, possess basic editing skills, and show proactivity and strong organization in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Currently studying Business, Marketing, Communications, Media, or related fields.
• Basic photo and video editing skills to enhance content quality.
• Comfortable working in outdoor pool environments.
• Proactive, organized and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

Job Summary
Join The Swim Side as a Content & Marketing Intern to create engaging social media content by capturing photos and videos at swimming classes, managing posts, and tracking content performance across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photos and videos during swimming classes and pool sessions to create engaging visual content
• Produce short‑form videos and images tailored for Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms to increase audience engagement
• Manage and schedule posts across multiple social media channels to maintain consistent brand presence
• Track and report on social media content performance metrics to inform marketing strategies
• Travel with coaches to various pool locations islandwide to capture timely and relevant content

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Currently studying Business, Marketing, Communications, Media, or related fields to support content creation and marketing tasks
• Basic photo and video editing skills to enhance visual content quality
• Comfortable working in outdoor pool environments to effectively capture content
• Demonstrate proactivity, organisation, and eagerness to learn to contribute effectively to the team

Schedule

• Monday to Friday: 10am–3/4pm at office plus 3–7pm pool session shoots
• Saturday: 9am–12pm at Bishan Swimming Complex
• Flexible lunch break
• Transport provided to all shoot locations

Allowance and Duration

• $800/month allowance
• 6-month internship, extendable

• Midview City office and islandwide pool locations
