Job summary

Feel Fresh PTE. LTD. is seeking a Content Lead to own all brand content.

You’ll direct the monthly content plan across TikTok, Instagram, Meta ads and livestreams, and lead editors, filmers, and interns. The founders rely on you to craft scripts and occasionally appear on camera to connect with audiences. You’ll build the team and systems so output keeps improving, not just growing, and you’ll collaborate closely with the founders to decide what to film and publish.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of content, social or video work with leadership experience.
• Strong scripts and clear reasons why a video will work.
• Comfortable on camera and confident presenting.

Responsibilities

• Set the content direction and monthly plan across TikTok, Instagram, Meta ads and livestreams.
• Lead editing and filming teams with briefs, reviews and deadlines.
• Write key scripts and appear on camera for founder-style pieces and lives.
• Manage 2–4 shoot days per month including street interviews and product demos.
• Partner with performance marketer to own content-driven sales metrics.
• Hire and train new team members as Feel Fresh grows, including Malaysia launch.

About Feel Fresh

Two founders, a Singapore oral-care brand, and nobody between us and the customer. We make a peroxide-free whitening kit, a stain remover mouthwash, ultrasonic and UV cleaners for retainers and aligners, water flossers and toothbrush sterilisers. We sell on our own site and on TikTok Shop, Shopee and Lazada, and Malaysia is next.

The Straits Times, CNA and Mothership wrote about us without being pitched. Dentists started recommending the products because patients brought them into appointments. All of it was built on content we made ourselves.

We are a multi-million-dollar brand that still runs on content: a script, a phone, a shoot, an ad that works. We are looking for the person who runs all of it.

The job, honestly

You run content at Feel Fresh. The editors, the filmers, the content interns and the livestream hosts look to you for what we make next, and the founders look to you for whether it worked.

You set the direction, you write the scripts that matter, and you step in front of the camera when the brand needs a face. Then you build the team and the system so the output keeps getting better, not just bigger.

You will work shoulder to shoulder with the two founders. Ideas get decided in a conversation, not in a deck. Pitch something on Monday and it can be filmed on Wednesday and live on Friday.

In a typical month you might

• Set the content direction and the monthly plan across TikTok, Instagram, Meta ads and our TikTok Shop livestreams.


• Run the editing and filming team: briefs, reviews, deadlines and the quality bar.


• Write the key scripts yourself and appear on camera for founder-style pieces, explainers and lives when needed.


• Run 2 to 4 shoot days: street interviews, founder pieces, product demos.


• Own the numbers with our performance marketer: which content drove sales, what we stop, what we double down on.


• Hire and train as we grow, including for the Malaysia launch.

You would be right for this if

• You have 3 or more years of content, social or video work behind you, with some of it leading people or projects, and a portfolio you are proud of.


• You write strong scripts and can tell within three seconds why a video will work, and say why.


• You are comfortable on camera.


• You are genuinely into marketing. You study ads for fun.


• You can run a team calendar and still ship on time.

The deal

• S$4,000 to S$6,000 a month to start, with pay that grows as the company and your results grow.
