Viomi Singapore is seeking a creative Marketing & Content Executive to bring the Viomi brand to life in Singapore. You will craft social content, support events and roadshows, and collaborate with influencers and creators to showcase real customer experiences.

You will be hands-on with shooting and editing short-form videos, writing captions, and maintaining a content calendar. Fresh grads welcome; 1–3 years in related roles encouraged to apply.

About the Role

We are looking for a creative, energetic and hands-on Marketing& Content Executive to join the Viomi Singapore team under KWH Group.

This is not a purely desk-based marketing role.

You will be involved in bringing the Viomi brand to life in Singapore - creating social media content, developing promotions, supporting roadshows and events, working with KOCs and creators, and capturing real customer experiences.

If you enjoy TikTok and Instagram, like creating content, are comfortable meeting people and want the opportunity to see your ideas turn into real campaigns, this could be the role for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Social Media & Content Creation

• Plan and create engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and other relevant platforms


• Conceptualise, shoot and edit short-form videos, including TikToks and Reels


• Create product demos, lifestyle content, customer stories, event highlights and behind-the-scenes content


• Write captions and manage content posting on Viomi Singapore's official social media accounts


• Keep up with social media trends and bring fresh content ideas to the team


• Track content performance and identify what resonates with our audience


• Build and maintain a content calendar to ensure regular and timely posting

2. Promotions, Roadshows & Events

Viomi participates in consumer fairs, IT shows, mall roadshows and other events throughout the year.

You will:

• Support the planning of promotional calendars, themes and campaign ideas


• Help develop promotional mechanics, giveaways and consumer engagement activities


• Coordinate with agencies on promotional, roadshow and event materials


• Liaise with event organisers and mall management on event locations, booth layouts and requirements


• Support product training and briefing for promoters before events


• Attend selected roadshows and events to capture photos, videos and customer interactions


• Turn event footage into engaging social media content


• Review event and campaign performance with the team and identify areas for improvement

3. KOC & Creator Program

Help us build a community of people who genuinely use, enjoy and talk about our products.

You will:

• Identify and reach out to suitable KOCs, micro-influencers and content creators


• Coordinate collaborations, product installations, content briefs and posting schedules


• Work with creators to develop authentic content that showcases Viomi products and their benefits


• Follow up on content development and posting


• Track the performance of KOC and creator collaborations


• Help identify successful creators and content formats for future campaigns

4. Customer & ProductContent

Some of our best content comes from real customer experiences.

You will attend selected customer installations and product activities to:

• Capture the installation and customer experience through photos and videos


• Film product demonstrations, FAQs and educational content


• Capture customer feedback and testimonials where appropriate


• Turn real customer experiences into useful and engaging social media content

Who We’re Looking For

You could be a great fit if you:

• Love social media and understand platforms such as TikTok and Instagram


• Have a good eye for what makes content interesting and engaging


• Can independently conceptualise, shoot and edit short-form video content


• Are comfortable using tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe or similar content-creation tools


• Are willing to work both behind the camera and occasionally appear in content when needed


• Enjoy meeting people and are comfortable interacting with customers, promoters, creators and external partners


• Are organised and able to manage several activities at the same time


• Have good written and spoken English


• Are comfortable experimenting with AI and new digital tools


• Are proactive, resourceful and willing to learn


• A Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business or related field would be useful, but your creativity, attitude and portfolio matter more to us.


• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with 1-3 years of relevant experience in content creation, social media, marketing, media or agency work are also encouraged to apply.


• Knowledge of digital advertising, SEO or paid social media campaigns would be an advantage, but is not essential.

Working Arrangements

This is a full-time position based in Singapore.

The role includes attending roadshows, consumer events and selected customer installations outside the office.

Occasional weekend work may be required for events and roadshows, with time off in lieu in accordance with company policy.
