Job summary

MANPOWER STAFFING SERVICES (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking a professional to formulate BRIC content and behavior handling standards. You will collaborate with governance to analyze cheating methods and refine them into standard language for implementation.

You will continuously optimize standards and the case library based on external feedback and internal governance needs, and participate in end‑to‑end standard business planning and solution implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above, with 3+ years in internet/tech settings.
• Experience in content security, risk/trust or fraud prevention is advantageous.
• Able to form standard content for handling external risks.
• Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills.

Job Description:

• According to the standard requirements and specifications, be responsible for formulating BRIC content and behavior handling standards. Collaborate with the governance side to analyze cheating methods and typical characteristics, and refine them into standard language to promote implementation.
• Based on the quality monitoring of standard operations, external feedback, and internal governance iteration needs, continuously optimize the standards and case library. Provide necessary external answers to the standards to improve the interpretability of the standards.
• Collect standard operation requirements and process issues, participate in the whole process of standard business product planning, demand management, and solution implementation. Put forward optimization suggestions and follow up on the product iteration schedule.
• In accordance with the management process of standard specification access and exit, regularly review the standard quality of the responsible business line, and participate in the submission of standard reviews regularly to ensure the quality of the launched standards.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above. At least 3 years of experience in the internet, digital platform, or technology industry. Experience in content security, trust and safety, risk management, fraud prevention, behavioural risk control, or risk control strategy products will be advantageous.
• Have good judgment on content and behavior risks, be sensitive to risks, and be able to formulate appropriate standard content for handling in combination with external risks.
• Have certain abstract and generalizing abilities, be able to abstract standard characteristics for complex or combined risks, form standard suggestions, and promote implementation.
• Have good communication and learning abilities, and be able to deal with complex projects and cross - team communication.
