Job summary

MANPOWER STAFFING SERVICES (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking a standards-focused professional to define BRIC content and behavior handling standards, collaborating with governance to analyze cheating methods and translate them into clear guidelines.

The role involves refining standards based on external feedback and internal governance, and ensuring the interpretability and enforceability of standard language across projects. Strong communication and risk judgment are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above; English can be used as working language.
• 3+ years of experience in the Internet industry.
• Experience in content security, behavior risk control security, and risk control strategy products is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Formulate BRIC content and behavior handling standards and collaborate with governance to analyze cheating methods.
• Optimize standards and case library based on external feedback and internal governance iterations.
• Participate in product planning, demand management, and solution implementation; propose optimization suggestions.
• Regularly review standard quality and participate in standard reviews to ensure launched standards quality.

Job Description:

• According to the standard requirements and specifications, be responsible for formulating BRIC content and behavior handling standards. Collaborate with the governance side to analyze cheating methods and typical characteristics and refine them into standard language to promote implementation.
• Based on the quality monitoring of standard operations, external feedback, and internal governance iteration needs, continuously optimize the standards and case library. Provide necessary external answers to the standards to improve the interpretability of the standards.
• Collect standard operation requirements and process issues, participate in the whole process of standard business product planning, demand management, and solution implementation. Put forward optimization suggestions and follow up on the product iteration schedule.
• In accordance with the management process of standard specification access and exit, regularly review the standard quality of the responsible business line, and participate in the submission of standard reviews regularly to ensure the quality of the launched standards.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above, English can be used as the working language. With more than 3 years of experience in the Internet industry. Those with experience in content security, behavior risk control security, and risk control strategy products are preferred.
• Have good judgment on content and behavior risks, be sensitive to risks, and be able to formulate appropriate standard content for handling in combination with external risks.
• Have certain abstract and generalizing abilities, be able to abstract standard characteristics for complex or combined risks, form standard suggestions, and promote implementation.
• Have strong communication and learning abilities and be able to deal with complex projects and cross - team communication.
