Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Content Design Operations & Systems Intern (TikTok-Design) for a 2027 start in Singapore. This internship offers hands-on experience across design operations, content audits, and collaboration with PM, Design, Eng, and Localization teams.

Ideal candidates are pursuing an Undergraduate, Master's, or PhD degree, with experience in Figma and AI-assisted design tools, and a strong portfolio of UI copy. English communication must be excellent.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an Undergraduate, Master's, or PhD degree.
• Experience using Figma and AI-assisted design tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to adapt to rapid changes and ambiguous situations, and a strong sense of ownership.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and stay focused amid shifting requirements.
• A strong portfolio that includes creative applications of UI copy, microcopy, or product launch content.

Responsibilities

• Write and edit UI text to help creators navigate TikTok and TikTok LIVE.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Product Designers, Engineers, Operations, and Localization teams to maintain a high bar for user experience.
• Manage and prioritize projects with multiple stakeholders across target markets.
• Lead content audits to identify opportunities and drive consistency across the product; contribute to content standards and champion best practices.
• Balance business requirements and customer needs in feature development; critique visual style, interface, and interaction flow.
• Synthesize internal and external feedback and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
