Job summary

TikTok is offering a Content Design Project Intern position in Local Services for a 2026 start. You will audit content areas end-to-end, surface issues, and propose concise recommendations, while collaborating with design and product teams.

The role emphasizes curiosity about AI tooling, strong English communication, and meticulous UX copy review. You will work five days a week for 3–6 months, with potential extension and learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Strong eye for detail and spotting UX copy inconsistencies.
• Curiosity about AI tooling to streamline content workflows.
• Currently pursuing an Undergraduate or Master’s degree in Content Design, UX Writing, or related discipline.
• Available to start ASAP, 5 days a week, for a minimum of 3 months (6 months preferred).

Responsibilities

• Audit a large product area end-to-end: catalog bugs, inconsistencies, and content gaps in a clear, trackable format.
• Turn findings into concise, actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Own content fixes from audits and track status with design and product teams.
• Support user testing and dogfooding sessions with senior content designers.
• Explore AI tools to build reusable personas and skills to speed content work.
• Assist on projects when teammates are on leave or over capacity.
