Job summary

AMACHA MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Junior Content Creator to join the marketing team in Singapore. You will film and edit engaging content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Xiaohongshu and other platforms, while capturing product and lifestyle imagery to tell the AMACHA brand story.

You’ll develop concepts with the Marketing Manager, stay on trend with social media, and maintain a digital asset library. Fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Passion for content creation, storytelling and social media.
• Understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels and Xiaohongshu trends.
• Ability to create engaging short-form videos with strong hooks, pacing and storytelling.
• Proficiency in video editing tools like Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
• Basic photography skills (preferred).
• Comfortable filming with smartphones and cameras.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
• Creative, proactive and eager to learn.
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and with the marketing team.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts, storyboards and content ideas with the Marketing Manager.
• Create authentic, story-driven content featuring products, customers, staff and brand story.
• Cover store openings, campaigns, collaborations and corporate events.
• Stay up to date with social media trends and adapt them to AMACHA branding.
• Organise and maintain the company’s photo and video asset library.
• Assist with simple graphic design, motion graphics or visual assets.
• Ensure all content aligns with AMACHA’s brand identity and quality standards.

Job Description

You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to create engaging content that brings the AMACHA brand to life across TikTok, Instagram, Xiaohongshu and other digital platforms.

Your responsibilities include:

• Film and edit engaging short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Xiaohongshu and other social media platforms.
• Capture product photography, lifestyle photos and behind-the-scenes content.

Requirements

We're looking for someone who is passionate about creating content—not just filming videos.

The ideal candidate should have:

• Passion for content creation, storytelling and social media.
• Good understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels and Xiaohongshu content trends.
• Ability to create engaging short-form videos with strong hooks, pacing and storytelling.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
• Basic photography skills (preferred).
• Comfortable filming using both smartphones and cameras.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written), as the role involves creating bilingual content and supporting Chinese-language social media platforms.
• Creative, proactive and eager to learn.
• Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the marketing team.
