The role requires independence, trend awareness, and collaboration with internal teams. You will produce short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and Xiaohongshu, while planning monthly calendars and tracking performance.

• Plan, schedule, and publish content across platforms and website.
• Research trends and convert into brand content.
• Manage footage, files, accounts, and posting schedules.
• Coordinate with teams for shoots.

Salary: S$2,900–S$3,100 per month

About the role

You will take ownership of developing content ideas, filming at our sites, editing videos, and publishing engaging content across our social-media platforms and website. You should be comfortable working independently, keeping up with trends, and involving our team in content when needed.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage a monthly content calendar for Doctor Clean
• Develop video ideas, storylines, scripts, captions, and calls to action
• Film on-site at cleaning jobs, customer locations, and company activities
• Edit engaging short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and Little Red Note/Xiaohongshu
• Plan, schedule, and publish content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Little Red Note/Xiaohongshu, and the Doctor Clean website
• Research social-media trends and turn relevant trends into suitable brand content
• Manage video footage, content files, social-media accounts, and posting schedules
• Coordinate with cleaning teams and internal staff for video shoots
• Track content performance and recommend improvements

About you

• At least 2 years of experience in content creation, social-media marketing, videography, video editing, or a similar role
• A portfolio of short-form videos, social-media campaigns, or relevant creative work is required
• Able to film and edit independently using a phone and/or camera
• Proficient in CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools
• Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Little Red Note/Xiaohongshu
• Able to communicate effectively in English and Chinese, as the role creates and manages content for English- and Chinese-speaking audiences
• Organised, proactive, creative, and comfortable working independently
• Willing to travel to different locations in Singapore for filming
