Job summary

Khus Stickers Pte Ltd is seeking a creative content creator with hands-on filming and editing skills to produce short-form videos for social platforms. You will capture real customer projects and events, then edit with strong hooks, captions and calls to action.

You will turn everyday moments at customer sites into engaging video content, plan monthly ideas, and publish across TikTok, Instagram and Facebook while tracking content performance.

Create Content

• Film real customer projects, transformations, roadshows and behind-the-scenes moments
• Turn everyday jobs into engaging TikToks, Reels and short-form videos
• Edit with strong hooks, pacing, captions and clear CTAs
• Create 20–30 original and repurposed content pieces monthly

Plan & Publish

• Turn our monthly marketing direction into fresh content ideas
• Prepare simple scripts, concepts and shot lists before filming
• Coordinate with installers, sales and management to capture the right moments
• Publish across TikTok, Instagram and Facebook

Learn What Works

• Track views, watch time, engagement and enquiries
• Spot winning hooks, topics and video styles
• Repurpose successful content and create variations for organic and paid ads
• Share ideas on what we should do more (or less) of

Who We’re Looking For

• Confident in filming and editing short-form videos
• Understands what makes people stop scrolling and keep watching
• Creative enough to turn ordinary working moments into interesting content
• Comfortable filming at customer homes, roadshows and active worksites
• Proactive, organised and able to work independently
• Curious about content performance — not just making videos look nice
• Good written and spoken English
• Malay language ability is helpful; Mandarin is a bonus

Tools and experience

You should be comfortable using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent editing software. You don’t need to be a marketing expert. A formal marketing qualification is not required. Your portfolio, creative judgment, reliability and ability to execute matter more. We’re looking for someone creative, hands‑on and curious about why content works, what makes people engage, and what turns viewers into enquiries.
