Easy Hire PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a creative Content Producer to own our video content from idea to posting.

You will work closely with the founder to craft authentic stories around helpers and employers, shooting, editing and posting engaging short-form content for social platforms. Ideal candidates are fluent in English and Mandarin, with strong videography and editing skills, and the ability to interview people and present both perspectives fairly.

Responsibilities

• Plan, script, film, edit and post engaging short-mid form content for TikTok and other platforms.

• Interview helpers and employers to uncover authentic stories.
• Edit with pacing, captions and viewer retention in mind.
• Adapt content for TikTok and RedNote; track trends and platform changes.

About Us

Easy Hire is a growing maid agency in Singapore focused on making the helper hiring journey more transparent, personal and human.

We are a small, close-knit team looking for someone who can own our content from idea to posting.

You will work closely with the founder and regularly film helpers, employers and our team.

We are not looking for someone who simply creates nice-looking videos.

We want someone who can uncover the human story behind both the helper and employer, and turn real experiences into content that makes people stop, watch and care.

What You’ll Do

• Plan, script, film, edit and post engaging short-mid form content for TikTok and RedNote / Xiaohongshu, Facebook and Instagram
• Create story-driven videos around helper journeys, employer experiences, training, placements, challenges, relationships and behind-the-scenes moments
• Work closely with the founder to develop strong story angles, hooks and content ideas
• Interview helpers and employers naturally and bring out meaningful, authentic stories
• Edit videos with strong pacing, captions, storytelling and viewer retention in mind
• Adapt content appropriately for TikTok and RedNote instead of simply reposting the same format
• Keep up with trends, platform changes and popular content formats
• Manage posting and take ownership of the overall content quality and consistency

What We’re Looking For

• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Strong videography, editing and short-form content skills
• A strong sense of storytelling, emotion, pacing and viewer retention
• Able to find an interesting story from everyday situations
• Comfortable filming and directing people who may not be experienced on camera
• Sensitive when handling personal stories and able to present both employer and helper perspectives fairly
• Strong understanding of TikTok and Facebook
• Experience with RedNote / Xiaohongshu is highly appreciated
• Knowledge of RedNote content restrictions and sensitive wording is an advantage
• Keeps up with social media trends and proactively brings new ideas
• Able to work independently and take ownership of your craft
• Proficient in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut or similar editing software
