About the Role

We are looking for a confident and creative Social Media Executive to manage and grow our social media presence through engaging content and on-camera hosting. You will be responsible for planning, producing, and publishing structured content across multiple platforms. This role combines creativity with discipline - ideal for someone who enjoys content creation but also values clarity, accountability, and measurable growth. You will support both Techzu and our SME clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Management Plan and manage structured content calendars
• Schedule and publish posts across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Eurostaffs, and YouTube
• Monitor engagement and performance metrics
• Ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment
• Content Creation Produce short-form and long-form video content
• Write engaging captions, hooks, and scripts
• Collaborate with designers and videographers
• Ensure content is platform-optimized
• Video Hosting Confidently appear on camera as a video host
• Present educational, product, or promotional content
• Participate in occasional weekend shoots (off-in-lieu provided)
• Campaign Collaboration Work closely with the marketing team to meet campaign goals
• Participate in brainstorming and creative planning
• Execute tasks reliably and on schedule

Requirements
