Job summary

ByteDance is seeking a Product Manager for Global Payments to shape the Cashloan platform strategy across ByteDance's products. You will partner with legal, compliance, engineering, design, marketing and business teams to drive roadmap, performance, and regulatory adherence.

You will analyze market trends and customer behavior, collaborate with payment partners, and own end-to-end Cashloan processes from onboarding to resolution, with a data-driven mindset and strong cross-functional leadership.

In line with the globalization strategy and vision of the company, the Global Payments team builds a platform to provide cross-border payment solutions for all ByteDance's products and services, that are growing rapidly worldwide. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine our Cashloan product roadmap and strategy, in collaboration with cross-functional teams such as legal, compliance, engineering, design, marketing, and business.

• Collaborate with payment partners to integrate Cashloan solutions onto our platform, ensuring seamless user experience and adherence to regulatory standards.

• Work closely with our analytics team to develop reports, KPIs, and dashboards to track performance and identify areas for improvement.


• Collaborate with customer support and operations teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues related to Cashloan services.


• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to Cashloan solutions.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification(s):

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, computer science, or a related field.


• 3+ years of experience in product management.


• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.


• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and departments.


• Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for delivering results.

Preferred Qualification(s):

• Experience in the payments, BNPL, loan, finance, or eCommerce space.


• Experience with end-to-end product management processes, including idea generation, roadmap development, feature prioritization, and launch.


• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities and tight deadlines.
